Hi, I updated to the latest version of Mosaico and the mutiple monitor support has stopped working. I am currently using the new free version because the trail period expired. I have my laptop and a second screen, and set to ‘second screen only’ but Mosaico treats both the first and second screen together as one big screen and does the drag and drop accordingly, so if I send something to one side it disappears off the screen into the the unused monitor. This is a new problem only since I upgraded to the new version, it was working fine in the previous version.

Hi! Mosaico takes monitor info from Windows, so if it considers the two monitors as if it was just one, probably something is set this way in Control Panel or Video Card options. Please try to look there if there’s any options like “Extended monitor” or “Surround extension”.
If everything seems to be OK, please try to restart Mosaico after you switch monitors, and see if it works correctly.

Which version were you using before updating to the latest one?
Positioning with the J-Pad or keyboard shortcuts have the same problem, or they work correctly?

If you need a trial extension please contact me at info@soulidstudio.com and I’ll provide one. Thanks!
